What we collect

When you book an appointment through this website, you provide the information needed to create that appointment and for the shop to contact you about it:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you choose to give one
• Your vehicle's year, make, and model
• A description of the concern, and whether the vehicle is drivable
• Any additional notes you add

We do not ask for payment details on this website, and no payment is taken online.

Why we collect it

Solely to schedule and carry out the work you asked for. The vehicle and concern details let the shop allocate the right amount of time and be ready when you arrive. Your phone number is how the shop reaches you about the appointment.

Who it is shared with

Booking details are sent to the scheduling system Coco Auto Service uses to run its appointment book, which processes them on the shop's behalf. They are not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.

Messages about your appointment

If you opt in during booking, the shop may text you about your appointment: confirmation and reminders. That consent is asked for separately, is never pre-selected, and can be withdrawn at any time. See the SMS terms for details.

Website analytics

This site records anonymous booking-funnel steps and Core Web Vitals so we can find where the booking process or page performance needs improvement. These events use no cookies or persistent identifiers and do not include page URLs, services, appointment dates or times, names, phone numbers, email addresses, vehicle details, notes, or concern descriptions.
